In collaboration with real estate developer Citypads, two of the three Marconi towers were converted into 883 apartments. The Lee Towers are located in the port area of Rotterdam and on the border of the Marconiplein, a busy junction where several neighborhoods come together. 

These two towers provide liveliness in and around the M4H area and have a beautiful over the city due to the communal roof terrace. Also a fitness, sauna and restaurant have been added to the groundfloor to provide a pleasant living environment.
