Acquisition, we finalized an off-market transaction with two separate vendors. In total a portfolio of seven office buildings. Six properties from an international institutional investor and 1 property M7 Real Estate. The buildings are located in the G4, with a concentration in Rotterdam, Utrecht and Amersfoort. The portfolio is an important addition to the already existing investment portfolio and underlines the growth strategy within the segment. The strategy is focused on acquiring office buildings located in inner-city locations and further expanding the existing portfolio.
The portfolio has a lettable area of approximately 20,000 sqm and is almost fully let. The properties are located in strong inner-city and future-proof office locations. Value will be added to the portfolio through active asset management and redevelopment.
