This former bank building is scheduled to be converted into 18 apartments in the mid-rental segment. The modern apartments have a surface area of approximately 60 to 75 square meters. In November 2021, the environmental permit for this development was officially granted. The completion of this project is planned for Q4 2022.

 

The center of Hoogvliet is being developed into an attractive area for fine shopping, living and recreation. According to alderman Bas Kurvers, Hoogvliet is the perfect option for Rotterdammers who want to live in a green environment with the city around the corner. Building additional homes in the social and middle segments is an important part of the vision. Bakkers | Hommen is contributing to this objective through this transformation. 

 

The plan was fully acquired and sold to ”Schepers Vastgoed”, which planned to complete it in March 2023.
