The building is located at Keilestraat in the Merwe-vierhaven area of Rotterdam, directly with its own quay adjacent to the Keilehaven. In the spatial framework adopted by the council, the Keilekwartier is planned to be transformed into a vibrant makers – studio, art and design district. The Keilehaven will be taken in hand by the end of this year to transform from former transshipment port into an ecological tidal park. The building provides a rentable area of approximately 5,400sqm, consisting of 4,400sqm of refrigerated storage space and 900sqm of office space.
