The Hive residential complex consists of 134 fully furnished (non-self-contained) rooms, intended for (exchange) students, situated in a former UWV Office located on the Willem Dreeslaan in Utrecht. The citt centre is within easy reach. Due to the transformation the complex has been upgraded from energy label G to B.

The bicycle shed has been transformated into a true honeycomb by street artist Vincent Huibers. Which is in line with the name of the complex. One of his works of art can also be admired on a large scale at the project called the Spot in Eindhoven.
